Advanced production technology:
Hypuron MBR membrane adopts advanced HPR production technology, and will be firmly compounded with PVDF functional layer and PET woven network pipe, which completely solves the problems of MBR membrane filament extension deformation, broken filament and easy damage and peeling of the functional layer. Monofilament tensile strength greater than 200N.Permanent hydrophilic modification. Permanently hydrophilic PVDF material realizes dry transportation and storage of membrane products;

High porosity and high flux:
The membrane structure with large porosity (porosityN60%) endows the membrane filament with strong water permeability and higher operating flux; the permeable flow channel with large pores and single-layer mem-brane structure greatly reduces the pollutants in the membrane. The interception in the membrane filament improves the ability to resist permanent pollution, and the membrane flux attenuation is smaller;
Long life and high cost performance:
The normal service life of membrane products can reach more than 5 years(membrane flux attenuation is less than 20%in 5 years),supports high-pressure water backwashing, can further slowdown the formation of thick dirt on the membrane surface, prolong the interval time of chemical cleaning, and reduce the cost of chemical cleaning.
